AquaMatic WA125 Valves

I have a WA125 designation stamped on my AquaMatic Valves.
What does this stands for?
  • WA = Water and Air,
  • 125 = 125psi pressure rating.
If you have a WA125 valve and are looking for parts or replacement Valves you need to consider a couple of things.
  1. What material is it?
    Cast Iron – V42 or VAV Valves
    Stainless Steel – V46 Valves
    Thermoplastic – K52 Valves
    Thermoplastic (with bonnet top) – K55 Valves
    PVC – K53 Valves
  2. If Cast Iron, is it used for Liquid or Air?
    Liquid – V42 Valves
    Air – VAV Valves
  3. What diameter pipe?
    You can figure this in a number of ways.
    a) measure – 3/4″, 2″. etc.,
    b) code type – V42B, or V42H, etc.,
    c) valve sub-number – K521, K524, etc.
