Payment, Orders & Chargeback Policy
January 2020 Important update:
At Aquamatic Systems, we provide commercial and industrial water treatment equipment, materials,
and services. We are committed to fair, transparent business practices and prompt resolution of any
concerns.
By submitting payment via credit or debit card, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that all charges
are authorized for the agreed-upon products, services, materials, or project-related work.
Customers agree that any request for cancellation, concern, or dispute must first be submitted in writing
via email to Aquamatic Systems, and that a reasonable opportunity to respond and resolve the issue
must be provided prior to initiating any chargeback or third-party dispute. [email protected]
Chargebacks or disputes should not be used as a means to avoid payment for products that have been
ordered, delivered, installed, or for services that have been performed or scheduled.
Orders for custom, expedited, or specialty products may be canceled within 24 hours of order
placement, provided procurement or production has not yet begun. After this period, such orders are
considered final and non-refundable, as materials are typically sourced, allocated, or placed into
production immediately.
For standard (non-custom) products, any cancellations or returns must be approved in writing and may
be subject to restocking, shipping, and processing fees.
In the event of a cancellation, return, or dispute involving custom, expedited, or specialty products after
the allowable cancellation period, Aquamatic Systems reserves the right to retain or recover reasonable
costs incurred, including but not limited to procurement costs, supplier charges, shipping and handling
expenses, credit card processing fees, and administrative or project-related costs. These costs may
represent a portion of the total transaction (commonly up to 30%), depending on the nature of the
order and associated expenses.
In the event a chargeback is initiated, Aquamatic Systems reserves the right to provide all supporting
documentation to the payment processor, including signed agreements, invoices, delivery
confirmations, project documentation, and communication records.
Aquamatic Systems also reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, including associated fees and
costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We value our customers and are committed to professional, fair business practices. If there is ever an
