Built upon the proven performance of the AquaMatic K52 Series Composite Valves, the K53 Series introduces several enhanced design improvements for higher performance and simplified maintenance. A double O-ring shaft seal design helps eliminate the possibility of contamination between process and control fluids, making these valves ideal for sensitive industrial and water treatment applications. The threaded cap assembly allows for faster service and easier disassembly compared to previous generation composite control valves.
The AquaMatic K53 Series also features a high-lift poppet design, delivering flow capacities at least 20% greater than the K52 Series. Available in 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 3" valve body sizes, these industrial composite valves are rated for operating pressures up to 125 PSI (8.5 bar) and temperatures up to 140°F (60°C).
